One Buck VPN Terms of Service

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern the use of the One Buck VPN service – the Telegram bot @onebuck_vpn_bot and the servers connected to it (the «Service») provided by the Service Administration (the «Administration»).

1.2. By using the Service, including starting the bot, activating the free trial, paying for a subscription or connecting to the servers, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.

1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. The service

2.1. The Service provides a VPN – a secure encrypted internet connection through the Service's servers for the paid period (the «Subscription»).

2.2. After payment or activation of the free trial, the User receives a personal subscription link in the bot. The link is added to a third-party client app (for example, Happ) that the User installs themselves.

2.3. The Service also filters ads and trackers on websites at the level of its servers. Ads that load together with the main content of websites and apps (for example, inside video platforms and social networks) may not be filtered.

2.4. The number of devices connected at the same time is limited by the plan. The subscription link is personal: sharing it with third parties beyond the plan is not allowed.

3. Plans and payment

3.1. Current prices are always shown in the bot before payment. On the date of this version the plans are:

The «Premium» plan also includes priority support and unlimited traffic through the backup channel. Prices in US dollars apply to payment in cryptocurrency, prices in stars (⭐) – to payment with Telegram Stars.

3.2. New users can use a free 7-day trial (1 device), once per Telegram account. During the trial, traffic through the backup channel is limited to 5 GB, traffic through the main servers is unlimited; the limit is removed after payment.

3.3. The Subscription does not renew automatically and no money is charged without the User's action. The User pays for renewal themselves; the bot reminds them before the Subscription ends.

3.4. When renewing, the paid days are added to the remaining term. When switching plans, the remaining days are converted in proportion to the plan prices – the bot shows the result before payment.

3.5. A Subscription can be bought as a gift: after payment the User receives a one-time code that another user activates on their own account.

3.6. Referral program: if a user invited by a personal link pays for any plan, both users get 30 days of Subscription. The bonus is given once for each invited user. The Administration may cancel bonuses obtained through abuse.

3.7. A dedicated IP address is an add-on to an active Subscription: $10 / 800⭐ for 30 days. The address is set up by hand within 24 hours after payment; the Subscription term does not change. If the address cannot be set up, the payment for the add-on is refunded.

4. Refunds

4.1. If the Service does not work for the User for a technical reason and support could not solve the problem, the User may request a refund within 72 hours after payment by contacting support.

4.2. A refund is also made if access to the Service was not actually provided after payment.

4.3. In other cases, given the digital nature of the service, payment for a started Subscription period is not refunded. The Administration decides on refunds individually within 3 business days.

4.4. Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, where technically possible.

4.5. The User agrees not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through a bank or payment system without contacting the Service's support first.

5. Acceptable use

5.1. The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

5.2. It is forbidden to use the Service for:

• spam, phishing, distribution of malware;
• attacks on networks, servers and services, port scanning, password brute-forcing;
• fraud and other illegal activity;
• distribution of materials that infringe the rights of third parties, including via file-sharing (torrent) networks;
• reselling access to the Service.

5.3. To protect the Service and its users, some traffic (for example, torrent protocols and sending mail via port 25) may be restricted on the servers.

6. Availability and liability

6.1. The Service is provided «as is». The Administration makes reasonable efforts to keep it running, promptly adds new servers and updates the subscription, but does not guarantee 100% availability at any moment, in any network and in any region: operation may depend on the actions of internet providers and other third parties.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• indirect damages and lost profits;
• temporary technical failures and interruptions caused by third parties, including internet providers;
• the operation of third-party client apps and websites the User visits;
• consequences of using the Service in breach of these Terms.

6.3. In any case, the Administration's liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the current Subscription period.

7. Suspension of access

7.1. The Administration may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service without compensation in case of a breach of section 5, abuse (including exceeding the device limit and sharing the subscription link with third parties), and at the request of payment providers or applicable law.

8. Privacy

8.1. The processing of the User's data is governed by the Service's Privacy Policy. The Service does not store the history of visited websites or the content of the User's traffic.

9. Changes

9.1. The Administration may change these Terms and the prices. A price change does not affect an already paid Subscription period.

9.2. The current version of the Terms is published at this link, the version date is shown at the beginning of the document. Continued use of the Service means the User agrees to the updated Terms.
