One Buck VPN Privacy Policy
Version of 26 October 2026.
This Policy describes what data the One Buck VPN service collects, why it is needed and how it is protected. We collect only the minimum needed for the subscription to work and do not track which websites you visit.
1. General
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») governs the processing and protection of information the User provides when using the One Buck VPN service – the Telegram bot @onebuck_vpn_bot and the servers connected to it (the «Service»).
1.2. By using the Service, including starting the bot with the /start command, the User agrees to this Policy. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Telegram account data: the numeric identifier (ID), the username and the name shown in the Telegram profile.
2.2. Subscription data: the chosen plan, the subscription term, the number of connected devices and the technical device identifiers needed to enforce the plan's device limit.
2.3. Payment data: amount, currency, payment method, date and the payment identifier in the payment system. The Service does not receive or store bank card or crypto wallet details – they are processed by the payment systems.
2.4. Technical data: subscription traffic volume (including per server – to enforce the free trial terms), the IP address and app name when the subscription link is updated (to protect against sharing the link and for diagnostics), and problem reports the User sends through the bot (internet type and description of the problem).
2.5. The Service does not collect or store the history of visited websites, the content of transmitted traffic or the User's DNS queries.
2.6. The Service does not require passport data, documents, photos or any other personal information beyond the above.
3. How we use data
3.1. The Service uses data only to:
- provide access to the VPN and enforce the plan terms (term, device limit);
- process payments and confirm them;
- contact the User: notifications about payments, subscription end, maintenance, support replies;
- run the referral program, promo codes and gift subscriptions;
- find and fix technical problems, analyse and improve the Service.
4. Sharing data with third parties
4.1. The Administration does not sell or share Users' data with third parties, except:
- when needed to fulfil obligations to the User – with payment systems (to process payments) and hosting providers whose servers run the Service;
- when directly required by applicable law;
- when the User has consented to it.
5. Storage and protection
5.1. Data is kept while the User has an account in the Service and for the period needed to account for payments.
5.2. The User may request deletion of their data at any time by writing to support. After deletion, access to the subscription ends.
5.3. The Administration takes reasonable technical measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The User understands that transmitting information over the internet involves risks.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User themselves (for example, if the User shared their subscription link with others).
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. The Administration may change this Policy. The current version is published at this link, the version date is shown at the beginning of the document.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User agrees to the new version of the Policy.
8. Contacts
8.1. Questions about data processing and account deletion: Telegram @onebuckvpn, email support@1buckvpn.com or the «Support» section in the bot @onebuck_vpn_bot.
